Our role focused on delivering reliable live video coverage and capturing key moments from the conference, ensuring the event could reach virtual audiences while creating engaging video content for post-event communication and digital platforms.
Our Approach
We combined live event production with purposeful visual storytelling to support both the immediate broadcasting needs of the conference and its longer-term communication objectives.
Our team provided three days of livestreaming to Microsoft Teams, incorporating camera setup, audio integration, technical testing and live stream operation. Alongside the broadcast, we undertook videography and post-production to transform key conference moments into short, professionally edited video reels.
